At White Cross E-Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
