Molkosan Original is made from Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting whey is then lacto-fermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria and pasteurized. This natural fermentation process results in our Molkosan Original.
